My son was diagnosed with Aspergers along with Bi-polar. He is on meds for the bi-polar. The last year, he has ran away 3 times because "It's my life and I can do what I want!" The school has worked with us so great, but now, I can't get him to do his homework at all and he is failing and says he doesn't care. I KNOW alot of it is just teen years, but I can't seem to make him see how important schooling is! I thought maybe a school somewhere where he could stay and have daily counseling and in-room assignments instead of homework. Does anyone know of a school like that? Contact info maybe?
