We are in Indianapolis. It largely depends on the school system for decent public services. My son attend a great ABA school (http://www.appliedbehaviorcenter.org/) which, so far our insurance covers. There are a lot of kids on the spectrum in Indiana, which means a lot of support groups (http://www.nobleofindiana.org/).

That said, the pollution in this state is horrendous. Also it is a very backward state politically. We are looking at Oregon in the next three years, if we can see that it can be a good option for ASD families.
