Need help with the finer parts of ASD Nutrition.

I am 21 years old, and about 10 months ago, after much research realized that I have a "high functioning" or Aspergers Autism. I have been on the GFCFSF diet for some time now and I am very happy with the results. I also am on Vyvance which helps a lot too. I am close to total symptom control. My issue lies with the finer points of the dieting. Corn or no Corn? Which fruits and Vegetables to avoid because of the phenols? Are eggs okay? Where can I find some effective enzymes? What are the best cooking oils and so on... If anyone could answer any of these questions I would really appreciate it.
