Being Told I am a Behavior Problem

I am a Female with Autism the Aspergers Kind that lives in a Group home in Charlotte, North Carolina . I am haveing trouble with The Group home manager Yelling at Me when I am haveing trouble with Feeling upset because I am haveing trouble with waiting for things to Happen and Also I am haveing trouble with my Parents Yelling at me and Saying that they are Angry at me , Calling me a Behavior Problem, Calling me a jerk, Moran Bitch and Complainer when I am feeling upset because I am haveing trouble with waiting for things to happen What can I do If you know the answers please message me
