I have a four year old with autism. we are interested in the madison region of Wisconsin. Looks good on paper but you know what that means. Anyone have any insight? it would be a great help.

I live in the Lake Geneva Area which is about 2 hours south of madison and have known other families from Madison and they have nothing but great things to say about it. There are really good Drs. in the area and many resources.

as far as Disabled world.com is concerned you live in the #1 rated state for autism! Way to go!  The chosen states are as follows, from top to bottom.
