Shredding clothing and blankets.
      11/18/07 02:12 PM

Hi, I am new to this forum and I am at breaking point, I put my christmas stocking out one christmas in 2001 and recieved a set of 2 year old twin boys. This story is about one of them even though they both have special needs, and like one grandmother I read about on here the lists of disabilities goes on. One of my boys shreds everything, as he doesn't sleep at night, or has catnaps he spends most of the night ripping blankets or his pjs, he has had 12 blankets just this year, from heavy homemade quilts to light polar fleece but nothing seems to deter him, I feel the lighter blankets were easier to wash as we need to do this quite often even though he wears pull ups at night. My sons are now eight years old. Also he has to have his room painted every three or four months, as he picks off wallpaper, so I started painting which is cheaper, and have tried many different types of flooring and have had to settle for bare floor, so its easier to clean. Help, if anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it.
